Are you a skilled screen printer with a passion for precision and quality? Do you have experience working with spot process ink printing on Auto Presses? If so, we want you to join our team in Killeen, TX!
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced screen printer to operate an auto screen print press, specializing in spot process ink printing. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in screen printing. If you have ROQ You Auto press experience, that is a significant plus.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate auto screen print press for spot process ink printing (CMYK).
- Prepare screens, inks, and substrates according to job specifications.
- Maintain high-quality standards throughout the printing process, ensuring accurate color matching and registration.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during production.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in screen printing, preferably with a focus on spot process ink printing.
- Proficiency in operating auto screen print presses.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
- Excellent color matching skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Experience with ROQ You 10x6 presses is a significant plus.
